SUBMIT IRS FILE TOMORROW FOR CHECKING!! - 05 MARCH 2010, FRIDAY
1) Please download this template and fill up Phase 1 only. Cut out and Save Phase 2 and Phase 3 in your computer / thumb drive for later.
Hope that you will spend your Friday fruitfully even though we do not have IRS. Please download the template to type up your report. Don't forget to save a back-up either in your thumb drive or hard disk. As requested, I have typed in the teachers' name as well as the school for all of you.
You do not have to upload your report here. Fill in whatever you can because some of you do not have the analysis yet. So you have to work on the findings/results collected and collated before you can finish the report. Once you are done, please print a copy of us to vet.
